The special working conditions entails seasonal work dependent on the industry and weather, 12 hour day and/or night shift work, 3 weeks in and 1 week out rotational schedule, and being isolated for periods of time.

Maintenance Worker: The general maintenance person is responsible for carrying out general camp maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Lead. Activities include, but are not limited to update the preventative maintenance program as required and maintaining safe work practices. The maintenance person must perform their duties in a productive, cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Janitorial Cleaner: The Seasonal Janitor is responsible for performing janitorial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure the camp facility is maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The Seasonal Janitor reports to the Head Housekeeper and assists with the maintenance team when required.
General Kitchen Helper: The Seasonal General Helper actively participates in the daily operation of the camp catering unit.
Baker: A Seasonal Baker is responsible for making a wide range of breads, buns, pastries, sheet cakes and other baked goods. The Seasonal Baker is required to bake most products from scratch with minimal pre-fab products being used.
Sandwich Maker: The Seasonal Sandwich Maker actively participates in the daily operation of the camp catering unit and assembles many varieties of sandwiches, wraps, and other products for the clients.
Breakfast Cook: The Seasonal Breakfast Cook is responsible preparing quality, fresh, homemade, breakfast meals for clients.
1st Cook: The Seasonal 1st Cook acts as a right hand to the Chef Manager. Responsible for preparing and ensuring a high level of food quality, value, consistency, and satisfaction to the guests, while maintaining/exceeding budgeted labor and staff.
