Position: Sales Representative – Pump Solutions

Location: Surrey, BC

As an Outside Sales Rep within our Pumps Solutions division, you will be the voice and initial point of contact for our industry leading company. We’ll rely on you to use your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of interested parties and turn them into loyal customers.

The Pump Solutions sales representative will rent and sell specialty engineered rental products, including electric & diesel centrifugal pumps, electric submersible pumps, road crossings and a wide variety of bulk hoses, pipes and fittings to provide complete engineered dewatering solutions for our customer base.

As an Outside Sales Representative – Pump Solutions you will receive:

Base salary + monthly commission

Fixed monthly payment during training and onboarding period

Monthly Commission plan will transition to having no earning ceiling

Superior customer service remains the backbone, therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified, the ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Three years of sales experience

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
